Our goal is to offer you the safest, most comfortable experience along with the convenience you expect. So that you can rely on us every day for fuel, made-to-order food, and certain essential items, we’ve temporarily adjusted operating hours.
To ensure that we can offer each guest a safe and healthy environment, we’ve reduced hours at select locations.
Some stores in key locations for the community and for first responders will remain open 24/7.
GetGo is committed to maintaining the highest health and sanitation standards. The following precautions have been put in place to create a safe and comfortable experience for everyone.
On the hour, Team Members are stopping what they’re doing to wash their hands and sanitize all high-touch areas including pin pads, register counters, and fuel pump handles. Every four hours, we’re sanitizing all countertops and solid surfaces. Team Members are also using gloves and changing them frequently.
We’re adding plexiglass shields at the cash registers and installing floor markers at checkout to indicate recommended social distancing.
Additional hand sanitizer stations have also been added throughout the store for our guests.
In order to limit contact and exposure, the following items can now be found behind the counter. Guests can ask any Team Member for these items.
We’ve also temporarily closed our coffee creamer islands. Single-serve coffee creamers are now available instead.
As a further precaution, we’ve temporarily discontinued allowing guests to refill their own cups with coffee or fountain drinks.
Self-serve soup is not available at this time.
Krispy Kreme donuts are available in prepackaged containers.
Place an online or mobile order for contactless payment and in-store or curbside pickup.
For in-store pickup, we have moved mobile order pickup to behind the counter. Simply ask a Team Member for your order when you arrive.
For your safety and convenience, we're making it easy to enjoy low-contact takeout. Place an order online or in the Giant Eagle app. When you arrive at the store, simply call the phone number in your order confirmation email to let us know you're here. A Team Member will bring your always-amazing, made-to-order food directly to your vehicle.

PA, OH, WV & MD: 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Indiana: 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
